How I Can Help
I offer specialist psychoanalytic psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing emotional, behavioural and relational difficulties. My consulting room is in Eynsham, near Oxford and Witney. Additionally, I offer supervision and consultation to professionals.

About Me
I’m a Child, Adolescent & Young Adult Psychotherapist and Autogenic Therapist based in Oxfordshire. I work with children, adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with emotional, behavioural, or relational difficulties. My approach offers a thoughtful and containing space to explore feelings, understand underlying issues, and support growth and change. Since 2004, I have worked with children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, distressing thoughts, emotional and behavioural difficulties, the effects of traumatic experiences, and neurodiversity. My experience includes therapeutic work at the Mulberry Bush Organisation (Therapeutic Residential School and Therapeutic Community) and within the NHS across Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS and Infant-Parent Perinatal Service). Additionally to Psychotherapy, I offer Autogenic Therapy to children and adults. This gentle and structured approach helps promote emotional balance and physical wellbeing through self-regulation and relaxation techniques.
In addition to my private work, I work as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with Oxford CAMHS (NHS). I previously taught Child Development, Infant Observation, and Work Discussion at the Tavistock Clinic in London.

Research & Publications
I bring a research foundation to my clinical work. My doctoral research explored how we understand aggression in children and young people, and I'm currently building on this in Aggression: A Contemporary Introduction, forthcoming from Routledge's Contemporary Introductions to Psychoanalysis series.
My published work includes a comparative study of mental health treatment for young people in England and Germany, and a paper on Autogenic Training as a self-help technique for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
